You’ll enjoy a short walk to the sea and the bathing piers at the popular Ribersborg beach (1.3 km), very close access to the beaches of Sibbarp, just 6 km to central Malmö, and only 700 m to Limhamn town center with everything you need—grocery stores, cafés, restaurants, a liquor store (Systembolaget), gyms, and more. Could it get any better? Yes You can relax with a refreshing drink in the afternoon sun on the balcony, complete with an awning.
Electricity and water are not included. A personal home insurance policy is required.
