We are looking for some nice people to enjoy our apartment while we are traveling this summer. Our home is a clean, clutter-free and cozy place with great light and a good vibe. One bedroom has a double bed, plants, and two closets. The kids' bedroom has bunk beds (våningssäng), a fold-out sofa, a desk that seats two, bookshelves and chests of drawers for clothes. There is one full bathroom with a shower, plus a guest toilet. The kitchen is fully equipped.

Location, location, location The Hornstull subway stop is right across the street and there are lots of bars and restaurants nearby. Within a 5-10 minute walk there are several amazing parks and playgrounds, and two beaches for swimming.

Electricity and wifi is included in the rent.

PARKING - you may use our spot in the building's garage for an additional 950 SEK per month.

UPDATE FOR SUMMER 2023 We may be remodeling this spring, adding a small room with a 140cm wide bed in the living room, and turning the bedrooms into two singles. The living room will look essentially the same, minus the reading corner. So this could potentially be a good setup for 3-4 friends or a family with 2 kids.
