Nybyggt Attefalls hus (2019) uthyres till student i naturnära område i Stockholms skärgård med ett par minuters gångavstånd till strand samt med goda förbindelser till Stockholms innerstad.

Läge
Huset uthyres i naturnära område – ett flertal stränder inom 3-10 minuters gångavstånd. Vackra promenadstråk finns i skogen mellan huset och stranden samt vid Björnö naturreservat, ca 15 minuters gångavstånd. Under sommarhalvåret uthyres kanoter i området, folk kommer även från Stockholm med omnejd för att surfa, kite-surfa och dyka under årets olika årstider.

Hus
Attefallshus om ca 20 kvm med fullt utrustat kök – kyl med frysfack, induktionshäll, kombinerad ugn och mikrovågsugn samt allt nödvändigt för servering och tillagning. Allrum med 140 cm säng, byrå för kläder samt ett barbord med 2 stolar att äta och studera vid. Badrum med golvvärme, tvättmaskin och goda förvaringsmöjligheter samt hall med garderob, spegel och byrå.

Deposition
Vid påskrift, 1 månads deposition som återförs vid utträde om huset lämnas i samma skick som vid inflytt.

Uthyrningsperiod
Uthyres omgående tom sista juni 2023. Uppsägningstid 2 månader, från bägge parter.

The newly built Attefalls House (2019) is in a beautiful area in the Stockholm archipelago, only a few minutes’ walk from the beach and with good transport connections with good connections to Stockholm city center.

Bus connection
The bus stop is about 3 minutes’ walk from the house.

Location
The house is in direct proximity to nature and the ocean with 3-10 minutes walking distance to several beaches, including one of the largest beaches in the Stockholm area. Beautiful walking paths can be found in the forest between the house and the beach and in the nature reserve Björnö, about 15 minutes’ walk. During the summer months, canoes are rented out in the area and people come during the whole year from all over Stockholm to enjoy nature, surf, kitesurf, and scuba dive.

The house
The Attefall House is 20 sqm with a fully equipped kitchen. Refrigerator with freezer, induction cooker, and combined oven and microwave. A living room with a 140cm bed, a bureau for clothes, and a bar table with 2 chairs perfect for eating and studying. The bathroom has floor heating, a washing machine, and good storage facilities. The hallway has a wardrobe, a mirror, and a small bureau.

Deposit
When signing the contract, a one-month security deposit should be paid, which will be fully refunded when leaving the house if the house looks the same as before the rental period started.

Rental period
The house is available effective immediately with the rental period ending the 30th of June 2023. Period of notice 2 months, from both parties.
