Flat-share - 70msq 2-bedroom apartment in the centre of Södermalm


Traditional Stockholm apartment on the second floor in the heart of Södermalm, surrounded by cafes, restaurants and bars. Amazing home for anyone who wants to live in the cultural centre of the city Nytorget is only a 2 minute walk away – the best place for coffee in the summer.

I have been living in the apartment with two different housemates for over two years and took over the lease recently. I’m not looking to rent out just the bedroom, but to split the whole apartment equally. The place is fully furnished, but if you have some of your own furniture, I’m happy to figure that out.

In the pictures, the larger bedroom would be yours.

New Flatmate
- Ideal place for a young professional working in the city centre (I’m 31, formerly working in finance and returning to studies), though would consider students too
- Would want someone who is pretty easy going, but pays rent on time and keeps the place quite clean (there is a cleaner we can have come visit every couple of weeks too if you like)


Terms
- Rent as above includes internet, TV, water
- Electricity is separate and will be split down the middle
- Move in (from) March 8th
- Contract length Until 31st May (with possibility to extend)
