Looking for your new home in the heart of Norra Djurgårdsstaden? We're offering a fully furnished, private room in our chic three-bedroom apartment, and it's ready for you to move in between July 17 and August 1, 2023. You can move in later but need to pay for August rent.

Our house, constructed in 2017, has everything you need - a luxury walk-in shower, integrated kitchen appliances, a washer and dryer, and even tasteful parquet flooring throughout. You'll be sharing with two others a soon-to-be civil engineer and a fresh female developer.

The monthly rent of SEK 7,200 covers all the essentials - heating, water, cleaning supplies, toilet paper, electricity, and ultra-fast internet. We'll require a month's rent as a deposit when the contract is signed.

We're looking for an individual roommate to share our peaceful home, so no couples, pets, or personal furniture, please. Also, we prefer a calm environment, so no parties or frequent guests.

Our location is prime Just steps from the Jaktgatan bus stop and only 800 meters from Ropsten metro station. What's more, we're conveniently close to several key spots
